		<description>Thanks for the encouragement! I have some new ITB stretches to do for the next few weeks, and I actually made it to the gym on Monday and Tuesday. I'm thinking about a local sprint triathlon in August; maybe the swimming and biking will give me a boost!</description>

		<description>Girl, hang in there.  I know what you mean.  In response to your comment on my Xanga this weekend, I would love to run with you during the week!  I don't know about the biking, as I don't have a bike rack for my car.  :(  Are you still going to the Y any?  Up for some serious Toning to the Max???  I'm going to start doing some spinning in this "off" season for me before I start running again with the Ridge Runner folks again this summer.  One thing though, don't think of yourself as not a runner if you don't do the long distances...that totally doesn't matter.  Get some PR's on those short races!  The squirrel race is coming up!
